Objective: To identify the level of readiness elementary school students when facing first menstruation (menarche)Methods: The design this research is a descriptive study through use data collection techniques, namely saturated sampling or total sampling. In study, variable in (menarche). sample used was 36 respondents, they were who met inclusion criteria that 3rd grade (aged 9-10 years), had not experienced menstruation, and willing to be respondents.
